Our designer worked very closely with a team of engineers to create a heavy duty steel insert, similar to the original design. However, by encasing the steel in injection molded plastic covers, that are then ultrasonically welded, he eliminated the torsion problem. Further, a notch was built into the bracket wall to accommodate the shelf so that a single bracket length can hold a shelf from 8" to 16" (even up to 20" if 3/4 plywood is used for the shelf).

The Integrated Stability System^tm further ensures the safety and structure. It's the ISS combination of a special 3M_R double sided tape along the bracket's shelf, a locking key slipped into the wall standard's slot above the bracket, and the shim that absolutely lock the system into place. There you have it- stability beyond belief!

Because you may cut a support bar to any length, (drilling additional screw holes if needed) you can mount it as a single unit. Also, one bar can be mounted above another and any height can be achieved, allowing for complete design freedom. WallPerfect's bar cover system then sleekly hides the mechanics of the system allowing for a finished look. Because it looks great, only WallPerfect has the additional dimension of being appropriate anywhere in the home or office to become a desk, computer work station, library, bookcase, display area or improved storage..... all at a modest premium price.
