Aesthetics

The design, which gives a seamless look, may be used as a visual accent or it can be made to blend into the background by painting. Any desired designer look can be achieved by custom surfaces chosen from laminates, veneers and wood.

Infinite Flexibility

Regarding Wall Standards:
The cover system always completely covers the wall standard. By cutting standards and drilling a fixation hole, when necessary, you can get any desired height from one shelf up. By placing a wall standard vertically on top of another, you can go ceiling to floor and any length in between. You can interrupt verticals wherever you want.

Regarding Support Brackets:
Our single bracket size, with its cantilevered design, accommodates 8"-16" depth shelves and will support 20" depth when 3/4 inch plywood is used, with or without laminate. Supplied shims fit 5/8" and 3/4" ready made shelves without modification. (The shims may be slightly sanded for a perfect fit with irregular shelf thicknesses or Scotch_R  tape applied to thicken. ) The brackets will accept up to a 7/8" shelf thickness.

Easy to Install

WallPerfect is based on conventional wall standard installation and/or retrofit. Wall standards are stable when mounted into studs or with appropriate hollow wall and masonry anchors. This is a familiar installation technique.

WallPerfect installation is simple and very cost effective while providing unparalleled structure. Simply place support brackets where you want them. Measure exposed wall standard, above top bracket, and cut Top Cap 1" longer. ( The excess top piece can be used as a cover piece elsewhere.) Simply measure the exposed wall standard length between adjacent parts and cut covers 1" longer to be slipped into place. Assemble from the bottom upward.

Incredible Strength and Stability

The patented locking key system locks the support bracket onto the wall standard so that it cannot be knocked out. The shelves are held solidly with removable tape and shims for unparalleled stability. The heavy metal insert is augmented by the ultrasonically welded cover to eliminate torsion failure.

WallPerfect is economical in price and opens up an entirely new area of wall support applications that are not available in any other system. It is the direct result of an intent to create a beautiful system with none of the drawbacks of previous concepts. It opens up new customized potentials for making unique desks, workstations, libraries, displays, storage and entertainment centers.

Construction workers are familiar with wall standards, hence keeping your installation costs low. They can easily learn to modify wall standard lengths as specified by cutting or placing one standard above another, allowing ultimate freedom of design.

WallPerfect installation is as simple as 1, 2, 3...

1. The bottom piece snaps into a bracket mounted up to 8" from the bottom of the wall standard. If the lowest bracket is more than 8" up, snap the bottom into a connector.
   (For maximum strength when using 20" deep shelves, mount the bracket immediately below a screw point in the standard.)
2. Cut the top 1" longer than the exposed wall standard (bar) above the topmost part. What is left over can be used as a cover piece. Cut covers 1" longer than the exposed bar between parts (brackets or connector).
   (Fail Safe: a cut up to 1/4" too long or too short fits perfectly. If the cover is more than 1/4" too long, re-cut it correctly. If the piece is more than 1/4" too short, cut a 1/4" cover piece and place it into the lower part. Then the short piece will fit.)
3. Assemble from the bottom upward. The locking key slips into the slot above the bracket only when the bracket is properly tapped down on the bar. There should be no waste during installation from error.
